摘要
目的 分析饮食护理在小儿过敏性紫癜康复中的作用及实施方法。方法 回顾分析2024年1月至2025年6月80例小儿过敏性紫癜病历资料，其中2024年1月至2024年9月40例小儿过敏性紫癜采取常规护理，设定为对照组；2024年10月至2025年6月40例小儿过敏性紫癜采取饮食护理，设定为观察组。对比两组护理效果。结果 症状改善时间，观察组均短于对照组（P<0.05）为差异显著，有统计学意义。并发症发生率，观察组低于对照组（P<0.05）为差异显著，有统计学意义。进食依从性，观察组高于对照组（P<0.05）为差异显著，有统计学意义。营养状况相关指标，观察组护理后均高于对照组（P<0.05）为差异显著，有统计学意义。家属护理满意度，观察组高于对照组（P<0.05）为差异显著，有统计学意义。结论 饮食护理在小儿过敏性紫癜康复中的作用明显，可提高患儿进食依从性，改善营养状况，加快症状恢复，降低并发症发生率，获得家属护理满意评价，值得采纳。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the role and implementation methods of dietary care in the rehabilitation of children with allergic purpura. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the medical records of 80 children with allergic purpura from January 2024 to June 2025. From January 2024 to September 2024, 40 children with allergic purpura received routine care and were designated as the control group; from October 2024 to June 2025, 40 children with allergic purpura received dietary care and were designated as the observation group. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The time to symptom improvement in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05). Feeding compliance was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05). Nutritional status indicators were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group after nursing care (P<0.05). Family satisfaction with nursing care was also significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Dietary care plays a significant role in the recovery of children with allergic purpura. It can improve children’s feeding compliance, improve nutritional status, accelerate symptom recovery, reduce the incidence of complications, and obtain satisfactory feedback from families. This approach is worth adopting.
