摘要
目的 探究基于潜意识投射卡的减压团体心理辅导在护理带教老师中的应用效果。方法 通过随机数字表法，于2025年1月-2025年12月于某医院招募40名带教老师进行研究，其中2025年1月-2025年6月为常规管理，为对照组，2025年7月-2025年12月为基于潜意识投射卡的减压团体心理辅导，分析管理前后压力评分；正负情绪状态；护理人员应对方式问卷得分；护理带教老师健康相关生活质量进行评估。结果 干预后，带教老师的压力评分更轻，正负情绪状态得到改善；p<0.05，对比应对方式问卷得分、护理相关生活质量，干预后更高，p<0.05。结论 对护理带教老师提供基于潜意识投射卡的减压团队心理辅助，可以改善其压力水平，缓解其负性情绪，提升其生活质量。

Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of stress-reduction group psychological counseling based on the subconscious projection card in nursing instructors. Methods Using a random number table method, 40 instructors were recruited from a hospital from January to December 2025. The period from January to June 2025 served as the routine management phase (control group), while July to December 2025 was allocated to the stress-reduction group psychological counseling program based on the subconscious projection card. Post-intervention assessments included stress scores, positive/negative emotional states, nursing staff coping style questionnaire scores, and health-related quality of life evaluations for instructors. Results Post-intervention, instructors exhibited significantly lower stress scores (p<0.05) and improved emotional states (p<0.05). Higher coping style questionnaire scores and nursing-related quality of life were observed post-intervention (p<0.05). Conclusion Providing stress-reduction group psychological support using the subconscious projection card for nursing instructors can effectively reduce stress levels, alleviate negative emotions, and enhance quality of life.
