Application research of information-based puncture record combined with personalized nursing for maintaining the patency of internal fistula
信息化穿刺记录联合个性化护理对内瘘通畅性维护的应用研究

摘要

目的 分析信息化穿刺记录联合个性化护理对内瘘通畅性维护的应用效果。方法 于2024年10月-2025年9月期间，选取66例血液透析患者为研究对象，数字随机表法将患者分为两组，对照组予以常规护理，观察组予以信息化穿刺记录联合个性化护理，对比护理效果。结果 观察组较对照组负面情绪有明显改善（P＜0.05）；观察组较对照组并发症发生率较低（P＜0.05）；观察组较对照组护理满意度评分较高（P＜0.05）。结论 在血液透析患者中，予以信息化穿刺记录联合个性化护理对内瘘通畅性进行维护护理，可有效缓解其负面情绪，降低并发症发生，从而提高护理满意度。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application effect of information-based puncture records combined with personalized nursing on maintaining the patency of internal fistula.
Methods From October 2024 to September 2025, 66 hemodialysis patients were selected as the research subjects. The patients were divided into two groups using a digital random table method. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received information-based puncture records combined with personalized care. The nursing effects were compared.
Results The observation group showed a significant improvement in negative emotions compared to the control group (P<0.05); The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05); The nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   In hemodialysis patients, providing information-based puncture records combined with personalized nursing to maintain the patency of the internal fistula can effectively alleviate their negative emotions, reduce the occurrence of complications, and thus improve nursing satisfaction.
