摘要

随着医疗技术向微创化、智能化、精准化方向快速发展，一体化手术室与CT-DSA复合手术室已成为现代化医院开展复杂手术、提升诊疗水平的核心平台。两者各具功能优势，一体化手术室侧重全流程高效协同与多学科整合，CT-DSA复合手术室则聚焦影像引导下的精准介入与联合手术，构建科学高效的协同管理模式，同步推动护理服务高质量发展，对优化医疗资源配置、保障手术安全、改善患者预后具有重要意义。本文结合临床实践，阐述一体化手术室与CT-DSA复合手术室的核心内涵与应用价值，分析当前两者协同管理及护理工作中存在的问题，探索协同管理模式的构建路径，提出护理发展的优化策略，为临床手术室管理与护理实践提供理论参考与实践借鉴。

Abstract

With the rapid development of medical technology towards minimally invasive, intelligent, and precise directions, integrated operating room and CT-DSA combined operating room have become the core platforms for modern hospitals to carry out complex surgeries and improve diagnosis and treatment levels. Both have their own functional advantages. The integrated operating room focuses on the efficient collaboration throughout the process and multi-disciplinary integration, while the CT-DSA combined operating room focuses on precise interventional and combined surgeries under image guidance, constructing a scientific and efficient collaborative management model, and simultaneously promoting the high-quality development of nursing services. This is of great significance for optimizing medical resource allocation, ensuring surgical safety, and improving patient prognosis. This paper, based on clinical practice, elaborates on the core connotations and application value of integrated operating room and CT-DSA combined operating room, analyzes the existing problems in the current collaborative management and nursing work of both, explores the construction path of the collaborative management model, and proposes optimization strategies for nursing development, providing theoretical references and practical inspirations for clinical operating room management and nursing practice.
