Observation on the application effect of optimized nursing intervention in pediatric venous catheters
优化护理干预在儿科静脉留置针中的应用效果观察

摘要

目的 观察在儿科静脉留置针中开展优化护理干预的临床效果。方法 随机选取2024年3月至2026年3月期间在我院儿科接受静脉留置针患儿80例，分组采取随机数字表法，组别为观察组与对照组，每组各有40例，对照组患儿给予常规护理，观察组患儿接受优化护理干预，对比并分析两组取得的护理效果。结果 护理后，观察组患儿依从性以及家属配合度与对照组相比得到显著提高，一次穿刺成功率明显高于对照组，留置针使用时间显著长于对照组，两组数据结果对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 对儿童静脉留置针输液患儿中开展优化护理干预，可进一步提高临床护理服务质量，增强患儿的依从性和家属配合度，从而能够提高留置针使用时间。

Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical effect of optimizing nursing intervention in pediatric venous catheters.
Methods Randomly select 80 children who received venous catheters in the pediatric department of our hospital from March 2024 to March 2026. Grouping was carried out by random number table method. The groups were the observation group and the control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group children were given routine care, and the observation group children received optimized nursing intervention. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.
Results After nursing, the compliance of the observation group children and the cooperation of their families were significantly improved compared with the control group. The success rate of one-time puncture was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the use time of the venous catheter was significantly longer than that of the control group. The data results of the two groups were compared and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing optimized nursing intervention for children with venous catheter infusion in the pediatric department can further improve the quality of clinical nursing services, enhance the compliance of children and the cooperation of their families, and thereby increase the use time of the venous catheter.
