Research on the impact and mechanism of humanistic nursing intervention on patients’ rapid recovery
人文护理干预对患者快速康复的影响及机制研究

摘要

目的 探究人文护理干预对患者快速康复的影响及机制。方法 选取本院肝胆胰肿瘤患者60例，时间2025年1月-2025年12月，对患者进行随机分组，对照组30例，采用常规护理，观察组30例，采用人文护理干预，对比两组患者护理效果。结果 观察组康复指标、心理状态，均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 人文护理干预可有效缩短肝胆胰肿瘤患者康复时间，缓解负性情绪，其机制可能与缓解心理应激、提升治疗依从性、优化机体应激状态、强化多维度支持有关。

Abstract

Objective To explore the impact and mechanism of humanistic nursing intervention on patients' rapid recovery.
Methods 60 patients with liver, gallbladder and pancreatic tumors in our hospital were selected from January 2025 to December 2025. The patients were randomly divided into two groups: the control group with 30 cases, who received routine care, and the observation group with 30 cases, who received humanistic nursing intervention. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.
Results The rehabilitation indicators and psychological states of the observation group were better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Humanistic nursing intervention can effectively shorten the recovery time of patients with liver, gallbladder and pancreatic tumors, alleviate negative emotions, and its mechanism may be related to alleviating psychological stress, improving treatment compliance, optimizing the body’s stress state, and strengthening multi-dimensional support.
