The impact of anticipatory nursing intervention on unplanned withdrawal in patients undergoing continuous renal replacement therapy
预见性护理干预对连续性肾脏替代治疗患者非计划下机的影响

摘要

目的 探讨连续性肾脏替代治疗（Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy, CRRT）患者应用预见性护理干预的效果以及对非计划下机的影响。方法 将86例CRRT患者纳入研究，在本院接受治疗的时间为2024年11月-2025年11月，以随机抽签为分组原则，将患者分成各43例的两组。护理过程中，为常规组提供基础性护理服务，为试验组提供预见性护理干预服务，比较干预效果及非计划下机情况。结果 试验组非计划下机发生率为6.98%，低于常规组的23.26%，P＜0.05。试验组单次治疗时间、总治疗时间以及滤器使用时间均长于常规组，P＜0.05。结论 CRRT患者实施预见性护理干预有助于降低非计划下机发生率，延长治疗时间，为优化治疗结局奠定基础，值得借鉴应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of anticipatory nursing intervention on continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) patients and its impact on unplanned outcomes.
Methods 86 patients with CRRT were included in the study and received treatment in our hospital from November 2024 to November 2025. The patients were randomly divided into two groups of 43 each based on the principle of drawing lots. During the nursing process, provide basic nursing services for the routine group and predictive nursing intervention services for the experimental group, compare the intervention effects and unplanned situations.
Results The incidence of unplanned downtime in the experimental group was 6.98%, which was lower than the 23.26% in the conventional group, P＜0.05. The experimental group had longer single treatment time, total treatment time, and filter usage time than the conventional group, P＜0.05.
Conclusion   Proactive nursing interventions for CRRT patients can help reduce the incidence of unplanned complications, prolong treatment time, and lay the foundation for optimizing treatment outcomes. It is worth learning from and applying.
