摘要
目的 探讨人文关怀护理对2型糖尿病患者负性情绪及生活质量的影响。方法 选取本院收治的96例2型糖尿病患者，随机分组，对照组接受常规护理，观察组融入人文关怀护理，比较两组护理前后负性情绪及生活质量。结果 干预3个月后，观察组SAS（Self-Rating Anxiety Scale）、SDS（Self-Rating Depression Scale）评分低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组生活质量SF-36（Short Form 36 Health Survey）评分均显著高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 基于人文关怀理念的护理干预能够有效改善2型糖尿病患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪，提升其生活质量。

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of humanistic care nursing on negative emotions and quality of life of patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods 96 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received humanistic care nursing. The negative emotions and quality of life before and after the nursing were compared between the two groups. Results After 3 months of intervention, the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05); the SF-36 score of the quality of life in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention based on the concept of humanistic care can effectively improve the anxiety and depression of patients with type 2 diabetes and enhance their quality of life.
