摘要
目的 分析集束化护理策略在预防血液病患者中心静脉导管感染中的应用效果。方法 回顾分析2024年1月-2025年1月68例血液病患者的病历资料，其中2024年1月-2024年6月34例血液病患者采取常规护理策略，作为对照组；2024年7月-2025年1月34例血液病患者采取集束化护理策略，作为观察组。对比两组中心静脉导管感染发生率、护理满意度。结果 中心静脉导管感染发生率：观察组中心静脉导管感染发生率低于对照组（P<0.05）为差异显著，有统计学意义。护理满意度：观察组护理满意度高于对照组（P<0.05）为差异显著，有统计学意义。结论 集束化护理策略在预防血液病患者中心静脉导管感染中的应用效果较佳，能够降低中心静脉导管感染发生率，获得患者护理满意评价，值得采纳。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of bundle nursing strategy in preventing central venous catheter infection in patients with hematological diseases. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the medical records of 68 patients with hematological diseases from January 2024 to January 2025. Among them, 34 patients with hematological diseases who received routine nursing strategies from January 2024 to June 2024 were selected as the control group; From July 2024 to January 2025, a bundled nursing strategy was adopted for 34 patients with hematological diseases as the observation group. Compare the incidence of central venous catheter infection and nursing satisfaction between two groups. Results The incidence of central venous catheter infection in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05), indicating statistical significance. Nursing satisfaction: The observation group had significantly higher nursing satisfaction than the control group (P<0.05), indicating statistical significance. Conclusion The application effect of bundled nursing strategy in preventing central venous catheter infection in patients with hematological diseases is better, which can reduce the incidence of central venous catheter infection and obtain patient nursing satisfaction evaluation. It is worth adopting.
