摘要
目的 分析探讨4R危机管理理论的护理管理模式对手术室护士应急能力的影响效果。方法 选择我院2024年1月-2024年12月期间手术室护士30例为研究对象，2024年1月-6月期间开展常规手术室管理模式，作为对照组；2024年7月-12月期间开展4R危机管理理论的护理管理模式，作为观察组。对两组护士的护士核心能力、手术护理质量、手术安全质量进行比较。结果 观察组护士的护士核心能力、手术护理质量、手术安全质量均优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 4R危机管理理论的护理管理模式对手术室护士应急能力的影响效果明显，值得广泛推广与应用。

Abstract
Objective To analyze and explore the impact of the 4R crisis management theory's nursing management model on the emergency response ability of operating room nurses. Methods 30 operating room nurses from our hospital during the period of January 2024 to December 2024 were selected as the research subjects. The conventional operating room management model was carried out from January to June 2024 as the control group; the 4R crisis management theory’s nursing management model was implemented from July to December 2024 as the observation group. The core nursing ability, surgical nursing quality, and surgical safety quality of the two groups of nurses were compared. Results The core nursing ability, surgical nursing quality, and surgical safety quality of the observation group were all better than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The 4R crisis management theory’s nursing management model has a significant impact on the emergency response ability of operating room nurses, and it is worthy of wide promotion and application.
