智能化手术室发展与手术室护士核心能力构建的研究进展

摘要

随着人工智能、物联网、大数据等信息技术与医疗领域的深度融合，智能化手术室已成为现代医学发展的重要方向，其在优化手术流程、提升手术安全、提高医疗效率等方面发挥着不可替代的作用。手术室护士作为手术团队的核心成员，其核心能力直接影响智能化手术室的运行效能和医疗服务质量。本文综述了智能化手术室的发展背景、核心技术应用及发展现状，分析了智能化环境对手术室护士核心能力提出的新要求，总结了当前手术室护士核心能力构建的研究成果、现存问题，并探讨了未来的发展趋势，为推动智能化手术室建设与手术室护士队伍专业化发展提供理论参考和实践依据。

Abstract

With the deep integration of information technologies such as artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, and big data with the medical field, intelligent operating rooms have become an important direction of modern medical development. They play an irreplaceable role in optimizing surgical procedures, enhancing surgical safety, and improving medical efficiency. Operating room nurses, as the core members of the surgical team, their core competencies directly affect the operational efficiency and medical service quality of intelligent operating rooms. This paper reviews the development background, core technology applications, and current development status of intelligent operating rooms, analyzes the new requirements for the core competencies of operating room nurses proposed by the intelligent environment, summarizes the current research achievements and existing problems in the construction of core competencies of operating room nurses, and discusses the future development trends, providing theoretical references and practical basis for promoting the construction of intelligent operating rooms and the professional development of the operating room nurse team.
