Analysis of perioperative targeted nursing effect of hepatic lobectomy combined with choledochoscopy
同期肝叶切除手术联合胆道镜手术的围手术期针对性护理效果分析

摘要

目的 本研究旨在探讨同期肝叶切除手术联合胆道镜手术的围手术期针对性护理效果。方法 选取2022年1月至2023年12月期间，在我院接受同期肝叶切除手术联合胆道镜治疗的80例胆管结石患者作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组，每组各40例。观察组接受围手术期针对性护理，对照组接受常规护理。观察并记录两组患者的术后康复指标（如肛门排气时间、下床活动时间、住院时间）、并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果 观察组患者的肛门排气时间、下床活动时间、住院时间均显著短于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组（P<0.05）；且观察组患者的护理满意度显著高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 同期肝叶切除手术联合胆道镜手术的围手术期针对性护理能够有效促进患者康复，降低并发症发生率，提高患者护理满意度，值得在临床护理中推广应用。

Abstract

Objective This study aims to investigate the perioperative targeted care effect of liver lobectomy combined with choledochoscopy surgery in the same period.
Methods 80 patients between January 2022 and December 2023 were selected. Patients were divided into observation and control groups, with 40 patients in each group. The observation group received perioperative targeted care, and the control group received usual care. The postoperative rehabilitation indicators (such as anal exhaust time, ambulation time, hospital time), occurrence of complications and nursing satisfaction of the patients in both groups were observed and recorded.
Results The anal exhaust time, ambulation time, and hospitalization time were significantly shorter than the control group (P <0.05); the complication rate was significantly lower than the observation group (P <0.05); and the nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group (P <0.05).
Conclusion   The perioperative targeted nursing of liver lobectomy combined with choledochoscopy surgery can effectively promote patient rehabilitation, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve patient nursing satisfaction, which is worth popularizing and applying in clinical nursing.
