摘要
目的 探讨用药护理联合依从性干预对血液透析患者并发症控制的应用研究。方法 选取2024年1月至2024年12月本院接收的血液透析患者80例，按照随机数字表法分为2组，均为40例。对照组应用常规护理，观察组应用用药护理联合依从性干预。分析干预效果。结果 观察组用药依从性评分（8-item Morisky Medication Adherence Scale,MMAS-8）高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组并发症发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组护理满意度高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 用药护理联合依从性干预可提高用药依从性，降低并发症发生风险，提高护理满意度，具有推广价值。

Abstract
Objective To study the application of medication nursing combined with compliance intervention in the control of complications in hemodialysis patients. Methods 80 hemodialysis patients admitted to our hospital from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 40 patients using a random number table. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received medication nursing combined with compliance intervention. Analyze the intervention effect. Results The medication adherence score (MMAS-8) of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05); The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Medication nursing combined with compliance intervention can improve medication compliance, reduce the risk of complications, increase nursing satisfaction, and has promotional value.
