Integrated management of instrument cleaning in the operating room and supply room on the effect of infection prevention in hospitals
手术室与供应室器械清洗一体化管理对院内感染预防的效果

摘要

目的 探讨手术室与供应室器械清洗一体化管理模式在院内感染预防中的应用效果。方法 选取2025年1月-2025年6月采用传统器械管理模式的7200件手术器械及同期6410例手术作为对照组，2025年7月-2025年12月实施手术室与供应室器械清洗一体化管理的8500件手术器械及同期6995例手术作为观察组。对比两组器械清洗质量、灭菌效果、管理质量。结果 观察组器械清洗合格率、灭菌合格率、包装合格率、回收规范率及器械拆装、清洗质量、消毒质量、环境管理、包装质量5个维度的评分均高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 手术室与供应室器械清洗一体化管理可显著提升手术器械清洗、包装、灭菌全流程质量，具有推广价值。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of the integrated management model of instrument cleaning in the operating room and supply room on infection prevention in hospitals.
Methods 7200 surgical instruments and 6410 surgeries from January 2025 to June 2025 that adopted the traditional instrument management model were selected as the control group. 8500 surgical instruments and 6995 surgeries from July 2025 to December 2025 that implemented the integrated management of instrument cleaning in the operating room and supply room were selected as the observation group. The cleaning quality, sterilization effect, management quality of the two groups were compared.
Results The qualified rate of instrument cleaning, sterilization qualified rate, packaging qualified rate, recovery standard rate, and scores of five dimensions including instrument disassembly and cleaning quality, disinfection quality, environmental management, and packaging quality in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The integrated management of instrument cleaning in the operating room and supply room can significantly improve the quality of the entire process of surgical instrument cleaning, packaging, and sterilization, and has promotional value.
