Application effect of multidisciplinary collaboration model in postoperative rehabilitation nursing of breast cancer patients
多学科协作模式在乳腺癌患者术后康复护理中的应用效果研究

摘要

目的 探讨多学科协作模式在乳腺癌术后康复护理中的应用效果。方法 将120例乳腺癌根治术患者随机分为观察组与对照组各60例。对照组行常规康复护理，观察组加行多学科协作模式康复护理。术后3个月比较两组肩关节活动度、上肢功能、生活质量、焦虑抑郁评分及并发症发生率。结果 观察组肩关节活动度、生活质量优于对照组，上肢功能评分、焦虑抑郁评分、并发症总发生率均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义。结论 多学科协作模式可改善乳腺癌患者术后上肢功能，提升生活质量，缓解负性情绪，降低并发症风险。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of the multidisciplinary collaboration model in the postoperative rehabilitation nursing of breast cancer patients.
Methods 120 breast cancer radical surgery patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group received routine rehabilitation nursing, while the observation group received multidisciplinary collaboration model rehabilitation nursing. Three months after the operation, the shoulder joint range of motion, upper limb function, quality of life, anxiety and depression scores, and complication incidence were compared between the two groups.
Results The shoulder joint range of motion and quality of life of the observation group were better than those of the control group, and the upper limb function score, anxiety and depression score, and total complication incidence of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences.
Conclusion   The multidisciplinary collaboration model can improve the upper limb function of breast cancer patients after surgery, enhance the quality of life, relieve negative emotions, and reduce the risk of complications.
