Analysis of the application effect of AIDET communication mode combined with acceptance commitment therapy in children undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation
AIDET沟通模式联合接纳承诺疗法在造血干细胞移植患儿的应用效果分析

摘要

目的 探究造血干细胞移植患儿护理中采取AIDET（Acknowledge, Introduce, Duration, Explanation, and Thank you）沟通模式联合接纳承诺疗法干预的效果。方法 回顾性分析本院在2024年1月-2024年12月期间收治的68例造血干细胞移植患儿的临床资料。以护理方法不同分为常规组（n=34，常规护理）及试验组（AIDET沟通模式联合接纳承诺疗法）。对两组焦虑水平及治疗依从性进行评价。结果 焦虑水平比较显示，试验组低于常规组，治疗依从性比较显示，试验组高于常规组。结论 AIDET沟通模式联合接纳承诺疗法能够对造血干细胞移植患儿的焦虑情绪予以缓解，提高其治疗依从性，值得在临床护理工作中推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of AIDET communication mode combined with acceptance commitment therapy intervention in the care of children undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.
Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 68 pediatric patients undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation admitted to our hospital from January 2024 to December 2024. Divided into a conventional group (n=34, conventional nursing) and an experimental group (AIDET communication mode combined with acceptance commitment therapy) based on different nursing methods.Evaluate the anxiety levels and treatment compliance of two groups.
Results Comparison of anxiety levels showed that the experimental group was lower than the control group, while comparison of treatment compliance showed that the experimental group was higher than the control group.
Conclusion   The AIDET communication mode combined with acceptance commitment therapy can alleviate anxiety in children undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, improve their treatment compliance, and is worthy of promotion and application in clinical nursing work.
