The effect of early rehabilitation nursing mode on the daily living activities of stroke patients with hemiplegia
早期康复护理模式对脑卒中偏瘫患者日常生活活动能力的影响

摘要

目的 探究脑卒中偏瘫患者康复期间，开展早期康复护理的效果。方法 选取2024年1月-2025年1月，我院收治56例脑卒中偏瘫患者，采用数字排序法随机分组，各28例。参照组行常规护理，观察组加用早期康复护理。监测肢体运动变化，记录日常活动完成质量，评估护理前后生活自理能力改善程度。结果 肢体运动功能评估，护理后，观察组上肢、下肢、平衡功能均优于参照组（P＜0.05）；日常活动完成质量统计，观察组独立性、效率、安全性明显优于参照组（P＜0.05）；评估生活自理能力，护理前组间无差异（P＞0.05），护理后，两组评分均有所提升，且观察组更优（P＜0.05）。结论 对于脑卒中偏瘫患者，临床开展早期康复护理效果良好，显著提高日常生活活动能力，促进恢复进程，建议应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of early rehabilitation nursing during the rehabilitation period of stroke patients with hemiplegia.
Methods 56 stroke patients with hemiplegia admitted to our hospital from January 2024 to January 2025 were randomly divided into two groups using numerical sorting method, with 28 patients in each group. Refer to the routine nursing of the observation group, and add early rehabilitation nursing to the observation group. Monitor changes in limb movements, record the quality of daily activity completion, and evaluate the degree of improvement in self-care ability before and after nursing.
Results After evaluation of limb motor function and nursing care, the observation group had better upper limb, lower limb, and balance functions than the reference group (P<0.05); Daily activity completion quality statistics showed that the observation group had significantly better independence, efficiency, and safety than the reference group (P<0.05); Assessing self-care ability, there was no significant difference between the groups before nursing (P>0.05). After nursing, both groups showed an improvement in scores, with the observation group performing better (P<0.05).
Conclusion   For stroke patients with hemiplegia, early rehabilitation nursing has a good effect in clinical practice, significantly improving their daily living activities and promoting the recovery process. It is recommended to apply it.
