Analysis of the role of the collaborative care model between medical staff and family members in the nursing of pediatric pneumonia
医护与家属协同护理模式在小儿肺炎护理中的作用分析

摘要

目的 分析医护与家属协同护理模式在小儿肺炎护理中的实际作用。方法 选取2024年1月至2025年12月我院收治的200例小儿肺炎患儿作为研究对象，借助随机数表法划分成协同护理组与常规护理组，每组各100例患儿。常规护理组采取小儿肺炎常规护理干预手段，协同护理组则在常规护理前提下运用医护与家属协同护理模式，对比两组患儿症状改善时间、护理依从性以及家属护理满意度。结果 干预之后协同护理组患儿咳嗽、肺部啰音消失时间均短于常规护理组，护理依从性以及家属护理满意度均高于常规护理组（P＜0.05）。结论 医护与家属协同护理模式能够有效缩短小儿肺炎患儿症状改善时间，提高患儿护理依从性和家属护理满意度，在小儿肺炎护理中具有较高的应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the actual role of the collaborative care model between medical staff and family members in the nursing of pediatric pneumonia.
Methods 200 children with pediatric pneumonia admitted to our hospital from January 2024 to December 2025 were selected as the research subjects. Using the random number table method, they were divided into the collaborative care group and the conventional care group, with 100 children in each group. The conventional care group adopted the conventional nursing intervention measures for pediatric pneumonia, while the collaborative care group applied the collaborative care model between medical staff and family members under the premise of conventional care. The symptom improvement time, nursing compliance, and family satisfaction with nursing of the two groups of children were compared.
Results After the intervention, the time for cough and disappearance of lung rales in the collaborative care group was shorter than that in the conventional care group, and the nursing compliance and family satisfaction with nursing in the collaborative care group were higher than those in the conventional care group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The collaborative care model between medical staff and family members can effectively shorten the symptom improvement time of children with pediatric pneumonia, improve the nursing compliance and family satisfaction with nursing, and has a high application value in the nursing of pediatric pneumonia.
