Application of standardized emergency nursing process in emergency trauma patients and its impact on rescue success rate
标准化急救护理流程在急诊创伤患者中的应用及对抢救成功率的影响

摘要

目的 观察在急诊创伤患者急救过程中开展标准化急救护理流程的效果及对抢救成功率的影响。方法 回顾性纳入2024年2月-10月进行常规急救护理急诊创伤患者54例（作为对照组），并回顾纳入2024年11月-2025年10月进行标准化急救护理流程护理急诊创伤患者54例（作为观察组）。对两组急救各环节用时、抢救成功率以及急救护理质量进行评估。结果 急救环节用时，观察组均短于对照组，（P<0.05）。抢救成功率，观察组高于对照组，（P<0.05）。急救护理质量，观察组高于对照组，（P<0.05）。结论 对急诊创伤患者开展标准化急救护理，可以提升对该部分患者的急救效率，增加抢救成功率，有助于患者恢复。

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of implementing standardized emergency nursing procedures in the emergency treatment of trauma patients and its impact on the rescue outcome rate.
Methods 54 emergency trauma patients who received routine emergency care from February to October 2024 were retrospectively included as the control group, and 54 emergency trauma patients who received standardized emergency care procedures from November 2024 to October 2025 were retrospectively included as the observation group. Evaluate the time, success rate, and quality of emergency care for each stage of two groups of first aid.
Results The time required for emergency treatment in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, (P<0.05). The success rate of rescue was higher in the observation group than in the control group, (P<0.05). The quality of emergency care was higher in the observation group than in the control group, (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Standardized emergency care for trauma patients can improve the efficiency of emergency treatment, increase the success rate of rescue, and help patients recover.
