Application research of ultra-early rehabilitation target management based on the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery in patients after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction
基于加速康复外科理念的超早期康复目标管理在前交叉韧带重建术后患者中的应用研究

摘要

目的 分析基于加速康复外科理念的超早期康复目标管理在前交叉韧带重建术后患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2026年1月-2026年3月我院收治的180例前交叉韧带重建术患者，按照不同护理方式分为两组，对比常规护理（对照组，n=90）与基于加速康复外科理念的超早期康复目标管理（观察组，n=90）的临床效果。结果 观察组干预后视觉模拟疼痛（Visual Analogue Scale, VAS）评分低于对照组，Lysholm评分高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组干预后膝关节内旋、外旋、屈曲活动度高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组并发症发生率低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 前交叉韧带重建术后基于加速康复外科理念加强超早期康复目标管理，可以减轻患者术后疼痛，降低术后并发症风险，促进膝关节功能恢复。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application effect of ultra-early rehabilitation target management based on the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery in patients after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.
Methods 180 patients who underwent anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction in our hospital from January 2026 to March 2026 were selected and divided into two groups according to different nursing methods. The clinical effects of conventional nursing (control group, n=90) and ultra-early rehabilitation target management based on the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery (observation group, n=90) were compared.
Results The VAS score of the observation group after intervention was lower than that of the control group, and the Lysholm score was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); the internal rotation, external rotation, and flexion range of motion of the knee joint in the observation group after intervention were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05); the complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Based on the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery, strengthening ultra-early rehabilitation target management after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction can alleviate postoperative pain, reduce the risk of postoperative complications, and promote the recovery of knee joint function.
