Application of 6S management mode in improving emergency handling ability of nursing staff
6S管理模式在提高护理人员应急处理能力中的应用

摘要

目的 探讨6S管理模式在临床护理管理中对护理人员应急处理能力的提升效果，为优化急救流程、保障患者安全、完善护理质量管理体系提供实践依据与参考。方法 选取我院2024年1月-2026年1月在岗临床护理人员130例，采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，各65例，对照组实施常规护理管理模式，观察组在常规管理基础上推行6S管理模式，干预周期12个月。比较两组干预前后应急理论知识、应急反应时间及护理不良事件发生率。结果 干预前两组各项评分无统计学意义（P>0.05）；干预后观察组均高于对照组（P<0.05）；干预前两组应急反应时间无显著差异（P>0.05）；干预后观察组更短（P<0.05）。；观察组应急相关不良事件发生率显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 6S管理模式可显著规范急救物品与环境管理，优化应急流程，提升护理人员应急理论水平、操作技能与团队协作效率，缩短应急处置时间，降低不良事件风险，对提高护理应急质量与患者安全具有重要推广价值。

Abstract

Objective To explore the improvement effect of 6S management mode on the emergency handling ability of nurses in clinical nursing management, and to provide practical basis and reference for optimizing the first aid process, ensuring the safety of patients and improving the nursing quality management system.
Methods 130 clinical nurses in our hospital from January 2024 to January 2026 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 65 cases in each group. The control group implemented conventional nursing management mode, while the observation group implemented 6S management mode on the basis of conventional management, and the intervention period was 12 months. The emergency theoretical knowledge, emergency response time and the incidence of nursing adverse events were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.
Results Before the intervention, the scores of the two groups were not statistically significant (P > 0.05). After intervention, the observation group was higher than the control group (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in emergency response time between the two groups before intervention (P > 0.05). After intervention, the observation group was shorter (P<0.05); The incidence of emergency-related adverse events in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   6S management mode can significantly standardize the management of first-aid articles and environment, optimize emergency procedures, improve nurses' emergency theoretical level, operational skills and teamwork efficiency, shorten emergency response time, reduce the risk of adverse events, and has important promotion value for improving nursing emergency quality and patient safety.
