摘要
目的 分析临床护理路径结合案例教学在骨科实习生临床思维培养中的应用效果评价。方法 选取我院2025年1月至2025年12月接收的骨科实习生共计人数40名,以电脑随机分组方式作为标准,将参与者均分为两组,即对照组(骨科常规临床教学模式),观察组(临床护理路径结合案例教学模式),对实施过程中两组相关指标数据做整理记录,结合统计学系统进行对比观察,分析临床护理路径结合案例教学模式应用价值。结果 观察组考核成绩、临床思维能力及教学满意度均高于对照组,组间对比P值﹤0.05,可见统计学意义。结论 临床护理路径结合案例教学可有效提升考试成绩及骨科实习生的临床思维能力,提高教学满意度,优化临床教学效果,值得在骨科实习生临床教学中推广应用。

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the application effect of clinical nursing pathway combined with case-based teaching in the cultivation of clinical thinking among orthopedic interns. Methods A total of 40 orthopedic interns admitted to our hospital from January 2025 to December 2025 were selected. Participants were randomly divided into two groups using computer-based grouping as the standard: the control group (orthopedic conventional clinical teaching model) and the observation group (clinical nursing pathway combined with case-based teaching model). Relevant index data from both groups during implementation were recorded and analyzed using statistical systems to compare and observe the application value of the clinical nursing pathway combined with case-based teaching model. Results The observation group showed higher scores in assessments, clinical thinking ability, and teaching satisfaction compared to the control group (P-value <0.05, indicating statistical significance). Conclusion The clinical nursing pathway combined with case-based teaching can effectively improve examination scores and clinical thinking ability among orthopedic interns, enhance teaching satisfaction, and optimize clinical teaching outcomes. It is worthy of promotion and application in the clinical teaching of orthopedic interns.
