Research on the application of advanced trauma care in emergency trauma fracture patients
超前创伤护理急诊创伤骨折患者的研究

摘要

目的 探讨超前创伤护理在急诊创伤骨折患者中的应用效果。方法 选择方式为随机抽签，所有患者均为我院所收治，其中对照组为30例给予急诊常规护理干预患者，观察组为30例在常规护理基础上实施超前创伤护理干预患者，收治时间为2024年10月-2025年10月。结果 与对照组相比，观察组急救时效更优、并发症与负性情绪更少、护理满意度更高，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 对急诊创伤骨折患者实施超前创伤护理，有助于提升急救效率、加快康复进程、降低并发症风险、改善心理状况及护理满意度，临床应用前景良好。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of advanced trauma care in emergency trauma fracture patients.
Methods The selection method was random drawing. All patients were admitted to our hospital, including 30 patients in the control group who received routine emergency care and 30 patients in the observation group who received advanced trauma care on the basis of routine care. The admission period was from October 2024 to October 2025.
Results Compared with the control group, the observation group had better emergency response time, fewer complications and negative emotions, and higher satisfaction with care, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing advanced trauma care for emergency trauma fracture patients can help improve emergency response efficiency, accelerate the recovery process, reduce the risk of complications, improve psychological status, and increase satisfaction with care. The clinical application prospects are promising.
