优质护理服务在胃癌护理中的应用效果评估

摘要

目的 探究评估优质护理服务在胃癌护理中的应用效果,旨在为提高胃癌患者治疗依从性、促进机体康复、改善预后提供护理支持。方法 纳入本院2025年1月-12月收治的80例胃癌患者为实验观察对象。依随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各40例。对照组给予常规护理服务；观察组给予优质护理服务。对比两组患者生活质量、护理满意度。结果 观察组患者生活质量评分及护理满意度评分均优于对照组，数据对比分析差异明显，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 对于胃癌患者，优质护理服务更具针对性，护理措施更为精细全面。通过全面的优质护理干预，患者生活质量得到明显改善，护理满意度也显著提高。

Abstract

Objective To explore and evaluate the application effect of high-quality nursing services in gastric cancer nursing, aiming to provide nursing support for improving treatment compliance, promoting physical recovery, and improving prognosis of gastric cancer patients.
Methods 80 gastric cancer patients admitted to our hospital from January to December 2025 were included as experimental observation subjects. Divided into a control group and an observation group of 40 cases each according to the random number table method. The control group received routine nursing services; The observation group provides high-quality nursing services. Compare the quality of life and nursing satisfaction between two groups of patients.
Results The quality of life score and nursing satisfaction score of the observation group were better than those of the control group, and the data comparison analysis showed significant differences with statistical significance (P<0.05).
Conclusion   For gastric cancer patients, high-quality nursing services are more targeted and nursing measures are more refined and comprehensive. Through comprehensive and high-quality nursing interventions, patients' quality of life has significantly improved, and nursing satisfaction has also significantly increased.
