Construction and application research of preoperative VR visit plan for ophthalmic surgery
眼科手术术前VR访视方案的构建与应用研究

摘要

目的 观察在进行眼科手术术前访视的过程中构建VR访视方案的效果。方法 选取2024年11月至2025年5月在我院眼科进行择期手术的患者190例，按不同干预方式分为参照组95例和试验组95例。参照组在进行术前访视的过程中按照常规形式进行，试验组在进行术前访视的过程中则构建VR访视方案。对两组患者满意度、心理状态进行观察。结果 术前访视满意度，试验组高于参照组，P<0.05。患者心理状态分析，试验组负面心理评分低于参照组，P<0.05。患者对于自身手术方案的了解程度，试验组高于参照组，P<0.05。结论 在对眼科手术患者进行术前访视的过程中开展构建VR访视方案，可以增加患者对自身手术方案的了解程度，缓解患者负面心理，增加患者护理满意度。

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of constructing a VR visit plan during preoperative visits for ophthalmic surgery.
Methods 190 patients who underwent elective surgery in our ophthalmology department from November 2024 to May 2025 were selected and divided into a reference group of 95 cases and an experimental group of 95 cases according to different intervention methods. The reference group followed the conventional format during the preoperative visit, while the experimental group constructed a VR visit plan during the preoperative visit. Observe the satisfaction and psychological status of two groups of patients.
Results Preoperative visit satisfaction was higher in the experimental group than in the reference group, P<0.05. The analysis of patients' psychological state showed that the negative psychological score of the experimental group was lower than that of the reference group, P<0.05. The patients' understanding of their own surgical plan was higher in the experimental group than in the reference group, P<0.05.
Conclusion   Constructing a VR visit plan during preoperative visits to ophthalmic surgery patients can increase patients' understanding of their own surgical plans, alleviate their negative psychology, and increase patient satisfaction with nursing care.
