Analysis of nursing effect in patients with artificial airway established in critical and urgent illness cases
急危重症病人中建立人工气道患者护理效果分析

摘要

目的 分析在建立人工气道的急危重症患者中应用综合护理的临床效果。方法 选择2024年2月-2025年2月入住我院ICU的60例急危重症患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组和研究组，各30例，分别予常规护理和综合护理，比较两组患者干预效果。结果 研究组患者机械通气时间及住院时间均明显短于对照组（P<0.05），负性评分低于对照组（P<0.05），并发症发生率较对照组明显下降（P<0.05）。结论 对行人工气道的急危重症病人实施综合护理干预，有助于减少患者总体通气时间，减少呼吸机相关并发症发生率，对促进患者快速康复和心理情绪改善均有显著成效，值得推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of applying comprehensive nursing in patients with artificial airway established in critical and urgent illness cases.
Methods 60 patients with critical and urgent illness who were admitted to our ICU from February 2024 to February 2025 were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into the control group and the study group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, while the study group received comprehensive nursing. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.
Results The mechanical ventilation time and hospitalization time of the study group were significantly shorter than those of the control group (P<0.05), the negative score was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05), and the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with artificial airway in critical and urgent illness cases can help reduce the overall ventilation time of patients, reduce the incidence of ventilator-related complications, and have significant effects on promoting the rapid recovery and psychological and emotional improvement of patients, which is worthy of promotion and application.
