Research on the improvement of oxygen therapy efficacy and readmission rate in elderly patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease using bundled nursing strategies
集束化护理策略对老年慢阻肺急性加重期患者氧疗效果及再入院率的改善研究

摘要

目的 分析在老年慢阻肺急性加重期患者中应用集束化护理策略的医学价值。方法 将2022年1月-2023年12月内就诊的80例老年慢阻肺急性加重期患者为研究对象，划分40对照组实施常规护理，40例观察组实施集束化护理策略；对比两组患者护理前后的血氧指标以及再入院率。结果 护理前，两组血氧指标对比无差异，（P＞0.05），而护理后，观察组血氧指标优于对照组，观察组再住院率低于对照组，对比有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在老年慢阻肺急性加重期患者中应用集束化护理策略可改善血氧，缓解症状，减低再入院率。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the medical value of using bundled nursing strategies in elderly patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
Methods 80 elderly patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease who were treated between January 2022 and December 2023 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into a control group of 40 patients who received routine nursing care and an observation group of 40 patients who received bundled nursing care strategy; Compare the blood oxygen levels and readmission rates of two groups of patients before and after nursing care.
Results Before nursing, there was no significant difference in blood oxygen indicators between the two groups (P>0.05). However, after nursing, the blood oxygen indicators in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the readmission rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of bundled nursing strategies in elderly patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can improve blood oxygen levels, alleviate symptoms, and reduce readmission rates.
