The impact of tripartite continuity nursing intervention on the dialysis effect, psychological state and complications of hemodialysis patients
三位一体延续性护理干预对血液透析患者透析效果、心理状态及并发症的影响

摘要

目的 为血液透析患者开展三位一体延续性护理干预，观察其透析效果、心理状态以及并发症的影响。方法 采取随机数字表法选取我院2024年1月至2025年6月接收的血液透析患者60例，分为观察组和对照组，每组各有患者30例。对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予三位一体延续性护理干预，对比分析两组患者的透析效果、心理状态及并发症。结果 观察组患者的焦虑程度和透析依从性改善效果优于对照组，血清肌酐、尿素氮指标改善效果与对照组相比占据优势，透析相关并发症与对照组相比明显降低，患者生活质量与对照组相比显著提高，两组数据差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在血液透析患者中开展三位一体延续性护理干预，可增强患者透析舒适度以及配合度，能提高患者的透析效果与安全性，改善患者生活质量。

Abstract

Objective To implement a three-in-one continuous care intervention for hemodialysis patients and observe its effects on dialysis outcomes, psychological states, and complications.
Methods Using the random number table method, 60 hemodialysis patients admitted to our hospital from January 2024 to June 2025 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group, with 30 patients in each group. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received the three-in-one continuous care intervention. The dialysis outcomes, psychological states, and complications of the two groups were compared and analyzed.
Results The anxiety levels and improvement in dialysis compliance of the observation group were better than those of the control group. The improvement in serum creatinine and urea nitrogen indicators was superior to that of the control group. The dialysis-related complications were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the quality of life of the patients was significantly higher than that of the control group. The differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing the three-in-one continuous care intervention for hemodialysis patients can enhance the comfort and cooperation of patients, improve the dialysis outcomes and safety, and improve the quality of life of patients.
