摘要

腰椎间盘突出症是脊柱外科十分常见的退行性疾病，胶原酶溶解术作为一种微创治疗手段，因为创伤小、患者恢复快等优点，在临床上应用得越来越广泛。而科学规范的护理干预，是保证手术效果、减少并发症发生的关键。本文对胶原酶溶解术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的围手术期护理要点进行综述，内容包括术前的病情评估、心理疏导和准备工作，术中的体位摆放、生命体征监测和并发症预防，术后的体位护理、疼痛缓解、感染防控以及康复训练指导，同时强调出院后随访的重要性，希望能为临床护理工作提供系统的参考，帮助患者提升康复质量。

Abstract

Lumbar intervertebral disc herniation is a very common degenerative disease in spinal surgery. Collagenase dissolution, as a minimally invasive treatment method, is widely used in clinical practice due to its advantages such as small trauma and quick patient recovery. Scientific and standardized nursing intervention is the key to ensuring surgical effectiveness and reducing the occurrence of complications. This article reviews the key points of perioperative nursing care for lumbar intervertebral disc herniation treated by collagenase dissolution, including preoperative condition assessment, psychological counseling and preparation, intraoperative body position placement, vital sign monitoring and complication prevention, postoperative body position care, pain relief, infection prevention and rehabilitation training guidance. At the same time, the importance of follow-up after discharge is emphasized, hoping to provide systematic references for clinical nursing work and help patients improve the quality of rehabilitation.
