The application effect of health guidance combined with psychological care intervention in the nursing of vaginitis patients
健康指导联合心理护理干预在阴道炎患者护理中的应用效果

摘要

目的 研究将健康指导与心理护理干预措施相结合应用于阴道炎患者护理实践时所能产生的实际效果。方法 本研究纳入我院收治的70例阴道炎患者作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将其均衡分配至对照组（35例，实施常规护理）与研究组（35例，实施健康指导联合心理护理干预）。对比两组患者护理后的干预效果。结果 与对照组相比，研究组患者的阴道炎疾病知识掌握程度评价量表得分显著更高，同时该组患者的焦虑情绪评分与抑郁情绪评分均呈现明显下降趋势，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 针对阴道炎患者采取健康指导与心理护理干预相结合的综合措施，可显著增强患者对阴道炎相关疾病知识的认知程度，有效改善患者的不良情绪状态。

Abstract

Objective To study the actual effect that combining health guidance and psychological care intervention measures can produce in the nursing practice of patients with vaginitis.
Methods A total of 70 patients with vaginitis admitted to our hospital were included as the research subjects. They were evenly allocated to the control group (35 cases, receiving routine care) and the study group (35 cases, receiving health guidance combined with psychological care intervention) using the random number table method. The intervention effects of the two groups after nursing were compared.
Results Compared with the control group, the score of the evaluation scale for the mastery of vaginal inflammation disease knowledge of the patients in the study group was significantly higher, and the anxiety and depression scores of this group of patients showed a significant downward trend, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Adopting a comprehensive measure combining health guidance and psychological care intervention for patients with vaginitis can significantly enhance patients' awareness of relevant disease knowledge of vaginitis and effectively improve their negative emotional states.
