Optimization and application of specialized nursing program for patients with cerebral infarction complicated with cardiac dysfunction
脑梗死后合并心脏功能异常患者的专科护理方案优化及应用研究

摘要

目的 分析脑梗死后合并心脏功能异常患者的专科护理方案优化及应用效果。方法 病例样本为脑梗死后合并心脏功能异常的患者，选取时间在2024年1月至2025年6月，共68例，将其在随机数字表法下分为两组，每组34例，其中对照组实施常规护理，研究组实施优化后的专科护理方案，对比两组的神经功能与心脏功能指标。结果 NIHSS评分值以及CI、SV在两组之间干预前的对比中均未显示统计学差异（P＞0.05），而在干预后1个月、3个月的对比中均显示有统计学差异（P＜0.05），其中研究组的NIHSS评分相较于对照组更低，CI、SV相较于对照组更高。结论 脑梗死后合并心脏功能异常患者的专科护理方案优化后，在临床应用中获得良好效果，患者的神经功能和心脏功能明显改善。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the optimization and application effect of specialized nursing program for patients with cerebral infarction complicated with cardiac dysfunction.
Methods a total of 68 patients with cerebral infarction complicated with cardiac dysfunction were selected from January 2024 to June 2025. They were randomly divided into two groups, 34 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the study group received optimized specialized nursing scheme. The cerebral infarction and cardiac function rehabilitation indexes of the two groups were compared.
Results the NIHSS score and CI, SV between the two groups before the intervention showed no statistical difference (P>0.05), but there were statistical differences in the comparison of 1 month and 3 months after the intervention (P<0.05). The NIHSS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group, and CI, SV were higher than that of the control group.
Conclusion   after the optimization of the specialized nursing scheme for patients with cerebral infarction complicated with cardiac dysfunction, good results were obtained in clinical application, and the neurological function and cardiac function of patients were significantly improved.
