The impact of standardized continuity of care on cognitive and neurological function in postoperative patients with cerebral hemorrhage
标准化延续性护理对脑出血术后患者认知功能、神经功能的影响

摘要

目的 脑出血术后患者实施标准化延续性护理的效果观察。方法 选取宁夏医科大学总医院接收的脑出血术后患者70例，时间为2024年1月-12月，依据随机方法分为2组，各35例。对照组（常规级护理），观察组（标准化延续性护理）。比对干预效果。结果 两组MoCA、NIHSS评分比较，观察组MoCA评分更高，NIHSS评分更低（P＜0.05）；两组并发症发生率、护理满意度比较，观察组更理想（P＜0.05）。结论 基于标准化延续性护理的实施，可对患者术后恢复起到促进作用，有借鉴的价值。

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of standardized continuous nursing for patients with cerebral hemorrhage after operation.
Methods 70 postoperative patients with cerebral hemorrhage were selected from the General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University from January to December, 2024, and were randomly divided into two groups, 35 cases in each group. The control group (routine nursing) and the observation group (standardized continuous nursing). Compare the intervention effect.
Results Compared with the scores of MoCA and NIHSS in the two groups, the scores of MoCA and NIHSS in the observation group were higher and lower (P<0.05). Comparing the incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction between the two groups, the observation group was more ideal (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The implementation of standardized continuous nursing can promote the postoperative recovery of patients and has reference value.
