个性化康复护理模式对子宫内膜癌术后患者的影响研究

摘要

目的 探究分析个性化康复护理模式对子宫内膜癌术后患者的影响。方法 选取2024年10月至2025年11月期间，院内子宫内膜癌患者共60例，作为此次研究对象。通过电脑盲选的方式，将60例患者随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用个性化康复护理，对比两组康复进程及并发症发生率。结果 观察组首次下床时间，术后排气时间，住院时间及并发症发生率均低于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 个性化康复护理可显著改善患者康复进程，同时对于降低术后并发症发生率同样具有积极的意义，值得推广与应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore and analyze the impact of personalized rehabilitation nursing mode on postoperative patients with endometrial cancer.
Methods A total of 60 patients with endometrial cancer admitted to the hospital between October 2024 and November 2025 were selected as the subjects of this study. 60 patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group through computer blind selection. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received personalized rehabilitation care. The rehabilitation process and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.
Results The observation group had lower first time out of bed, postoperative exhaust time, hospitalization time, and incidence of complications compared to the control group, P＜0.05.
Conclusion   Personalized rehabilitation nursing can significantly improve the rehabilitation process of patients, and also has a positive significance in reducing the incidence of postoperative complications, which is worthy of promotion and application.
