Effect of dietary care intervention on nutritional status and calcium-phosphorus metabolism in elderly dialysis patients

摘要
目的 深入探讨饮食护理干预对老年肾内科透析患者营养状况及钙磷代谢水平的影响意义。方法 本项研究开展于2024年9月至2025年9月,样本纳入自本时段院内收治的老年肾内科透析患者中,人数共计82例,运用系统抽样法进行组间划分,每组归入41例(n=41)。参照组行常规护理,研究组接受联合护理干预(常规护理+饮食护理),并以营养状况、钙磷代谢水平、护理满意度为观察指标,比对不同护理方案下的效果及差异。结果 研究组患者营养不良发生率为2.44%,较低于参照组21.95%;护理满意度为92.68%,显高参照组80.49%,具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 营养护理干预的融入,一方面能切实改善患者营养状况和钙磷代谢水平,另一方面可显著拉近护患之间的情感联结,提升患者对护理工作的满意度,值得推广。

Abstract
Objective To investigate the impact of dietary nursing intervention on nutritional status and calcium-phosphorus metabolism levels in elderly renal dialysis patients. Methods This study was conducted from September 2024 to September 2025, with a sample of 82 elderly renal dialysis patients admitted during this period. Systematic sampling was used to divide the patients into groups, with 41 cases in each group (n=41). The control group received routine nursing care, while the study group received combined nursing intervention (routine nursing care + dietary nursing care). Nutritional status, calcium-phosphorus metabolism levels, and nursing satisfaction were observed as indicators to compare the effects and differences between the two nursing interventions. Results The incidence of malnutrition in the study group was 2.44%, significantly lower than the 21.95% in the control group. Nursing satisfaction was 92.68%, significantly higher than the 80.49% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The integration of nutritional nursing intervention not only effectively improves patients' nutritional status and calcium-phosphorus metabolism levels but also significantly enhances the emotional bond between nurses and patients, thereby increasing patient satisfaction with nursing care. This approach is worthy of promotion.
