摘要
目的 分析线上+床旁混合式教学模式在骨科静脉血栓预防护理带教中的应用效果。方法 选择2024年1月-2024年12月年骨科接收的新职工10名,作为研究对象,均采取常规教学法,设定为对照组。选择2025年1月-2025年12月骨科接收新职工10名,作为研究对象,均采取线上+床旁混合式教学模式,设定为观察组。对比两组教学效果。结果 (1)教学成绩方面,观察组理论考试成绩、实践技能考试成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。(2)综合能力方面,观察组综合能力明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。(3)教学满意度方面,观察组临床教学满意度评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 线上+床旁混合式教学模式在骨科静脉血栓预防护理新职工带教中的应用效果较佳,值得采纳。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of online+bedside hybrid teaching mode in orthopedic venous thrombosis prevention nursing teaching. Methods Ten new employees admitted to the orthopedic department from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected as the research subjects, all of whom were taught using conventional teaching methods and set as the control group. Selecting 10 new employees admitted to the orthopedic department from January 2025 to December 2025 as the research subjects, all of whom will adopt a blended online and bedside teaching mode, and will be set as the observation group. Compare the teaching effectiveness of two groups. Results (1) In terms of teaching performance, the observation group had significantly higher scores in theoretical exams and practical skills exams than the control group (P<0.05). (2) In terms of comprehensive ability, the observation group had significantly higher comprehensive ability than the control group (P<0.05). (3) In terms of teaching satisfaction, the clinical teaching satisfaction score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The online+bedside hybrid teaching mode has a better application effect in the teaching of orthopedic venous thrombosis prevention nursing for new staff and is worth adopting.
