摘要
目的 探讨肠内营养支持的精细化护理策略对胃肠肿瘤术后患者预后的影响。方法 选取2023年1月至2025年12月收治的胃肠肿瘤患者60例，随机分为观察组（精细化护理策略）和对照组（常规肠内营养护理）各30例，对比效果。结果 干预后，观察组营养指标水平、希望水平及生活质量各维度评分高于对照组，胃肠功能恢复时间明显短于对照组，不良反应发生率低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 胃肠肿瘤患者术后肠内营养支持的精细化护理可改善营养状况，促进胃肠功能恢复，提升患者希望水平与生活质量，降低不良反应风险，效果良好。

Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of refined nursing strategies for enteral nutrition support on the prognosis of patients with gastrointestinal tumors after surgery. Methods Sixty patients with gastrointestinal tumors admitted from January 2023 to December 2025 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group (refined nursing strategy) and the control group (conventional enteral nutrition care), with 30 cases in each group. The effects were compared. Results After the intervention, the nutritional index levels, hope levels, and scores of each dimension of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the recovery time of gastrointestinal function was significantly shorter than that in the control group, with a lower incidence of adverse reactions (P < 0.05). Conclusion Refined nursing for enteral nutrition support in patients with gastrointestinal tumors after surgery can improve nutritional status, promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function, enhance the hope level and quality of life of patients, and reduce the risk of adverse reactions, with good effects.
