The impact of surgical pathway nursing on complications in elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy for cholelithiasis
手术室路径式护理对老年结石性胆囊炎行腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者并发症的影响

摘要

目的 探讨分析对接受腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗的老年结石性胆囊炎患者实施手术室路径式护理的效果。方法 选取我院2023年2月到2024年9月期间收治的60例老年结石性胆囊炎患者进行研究，根据信封随机法平均分组，参照组30例接受常规手术室护理，研究组30例接受手术室路径式护理。观察对两组的护理效果。结果 研究组的各项围术期指标较参照组更好，术后并发症发生率较参照组更低，术后生活质量评分较参照组更高，对比均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 对接受腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗的老年结石性胆囊炎患者实施手术室路径式护理，可以提高手术效率与安全性，预防并发症的发生，保障患者的顺利恢复。

Abstract

Objective To explore and analyze the effect of implementing surgical pathway nursing for elderly patients with cholelithiasis undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
Methods A total of 60 elderly patients with cholelithiasis and cholecystitis admitted to our hospital from February 2023 to September 2024 were selected for the study. They were randomly divided into two groups using the envelope randomization method. The reference group (30 cases) received routine operating room care, while the study group (30 cases) received surgical pathway care. Observe the nursing effects on both groups.
Results The perioperative indicators of the study group were better than those of the reference group, and the incidence of postoperative complications was lower. The postoperative quality of life score was higher than that of the reference group, and the comparison was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing surgical pathway nursing for elderly patients with cholelithiasis undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy can improve surgical efficiency and safety, prevent complications, and ensure smooth recovery of patients.
