摘要
目的 分析观察CT/MR增强扫描中造影剂不良反应的预防和护理效果。方法 研究时间为2023年1月至2025年1月。研究对象为60例CT/MR增强扫描患者。分组方式为随机数表分组。分组内容为60例患者分为30例对照组（常规护理）和30例观察组（整体护理）。讨论结果为对比分析两组护理效果。结果 （1）生命体征方面，观察组心率、收缩压、舒张压低于对照组，差异显著，有统计学意义（P<0.05）。（2）不良反应情况方面，观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组，差异显著，有统计学意义（P<0.05）。（3）焦虑评分方面，观察组SAS评分低于对照组，差异显著，有统计学意义（P<0.05）。（4）护理配合度方面，观察组护理配合度高于对照组，差异显著，有统计学意义（P<0.05）。（5）护理满意度方面，观察组护理满意度高于对照组，差异显著，有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 CT/MR增强扫描中造影剂不良反应预防实施有效护理干预能够稳定生命体征，改善心理状况，提高护理配合度和满意度，从根本上降低不良反应发生率，值得推广实施。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the prevention and nursing effect of adverse reactions to contrast agents in enhanced CT/MR scanning. Methods The study period was from January 2023 to January 2025. The study subjects were 60 patients undergoing enhanced CT/MR scanning. Random number table method was used for group allocation. The 60 patients were divided into a control group (30 cases, receiving routine nursing) and an observation group (30 cases, receiving holistic nursing). The aim of the discussion was to compare and analyze the nursing effects between the two groups. Results (1) The observation group showed significantly lower heart rate, systolic blood pressure, and diastolic blood pressure compared with the control group (P<0.05). (2) The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). (3) The SAS score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). (4) The nursing cooperation level in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). (5) The nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Effective nursing interventions for the prevention of adverse reactions to contrast agents in enhanced CT/MR scanning can stabilize vital signs, improve psychological status, enhance nursing cooperation and satisfaction, and fundamentally reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, making it worthy of clinical promotion and application.
