The influence of personalized nursing on the rehabilitation compliance of orthopedic patients
个性化护理对骨科患者康复依从性的影响

摘要

目的 分析在骨科护理管理中开展个性化护理对其康复依从性的影响。方法 本次研究对象选取2024年5月到2025年5月期间我院骨科接收的患者60例，通过随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组，每组各有30例，对照组给予常规护理，观察组开展个性化护理，对比分析两组护理效果。结果 护理后，观察组患者的焦虑情绪以及疼痛程度与对照组相比明显减轻，康复依从性与对照组相比显著提高，并发症发生率显著低于对照组，最终患者生活质量与对照组相比明显提高，（P＜0.05）。结论 对骨科患者开展个性化护理干预，能够有效改善患者负性情绪，减轻患者的疼痛程度，提高患者的康复依从性，减少并发症发生，改善生活质量。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the impact of personalized nursing in orthopedic nursing management on rehabilitation compliance.
Methods A total of 60 patients received by the orthopedics department of our hospital from May 2024 to May 2025 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into an observation group and a control group by random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given routine care, while the observation group received personalized care. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.
Results After the nursing care, the anxiety and pain levels of the patients in the observation group were significantly reduced compared with those in the control group, the rehabilitation compliance was significantly improved compared with the control group, the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of the control group, and finally the quality of life of the patients was significantly improved compared with the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing personalized nursing intervention for orthopedic patients can effectively improve their negative emotions, alleviate their pain levels, enhance their rehabilitation compliance, reduce the occurrence of complications, and improve their quality of life.
