骨科创伤患者疼痛护理的优化策略研究

摘要

目的 浅析骨科创伤患者采用疼痛护理的实践效果。方法 选取2024年5月至2025年5月本院接受治疗的骨科创伤患者60例，随机数字表法是患者分成两组的依据，单数患者组成对照组，实施常规护理，双数患者组成观察组，实施疼痛护理。对比临床护理效果。结果 观察组患者疼痛度低于对照组，对比差异显著（P＜0.05）；观察组患者生活质量高于对照组，对比差异显著（P＜0.05）；观察组并发症率低于对照组，对比差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 针对骨科创伤患者实施疼痛护理的效果显著，有助于减轻病痛，在提高生活质量的同时也预防了并发症，故值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To briefly analyze the practical effect of pain care for patients with orthopedic trauma.
Methods Sixty patients with orthopedic trauma who received treatment in our hospital from May 2024 to May 2025 were selected. The random number table method was the basis for the patients to be divided into two groups. Odd-numbered patients formed the control group and received routine care, while even-numbered patients formed the observation group and received pain care. Compare the clinical nursing effects.
Results The pain degree of patients in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was significant (P < 0.05). In addition, the quality of life of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was significant (P < 0.05). The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, but no statistical significance was observed (P > 0.05).
Conclusion   The implementation of pain care for patients with orthopedic trauma has a significant effect, which helps alleviate pain and improve the quality of life while also preventing complications. Therefore, it is worthy of promotion.
