The application value of risk nursing combined with intensive nursing in elderly patients after lower extremity fracture surgery
风险护理结合强化护理在老年下肢骨折术后患者中的应用价值

摘要

目的 本研究旨在探讨风险护理联合强化护理在老年下肢骨折术后患者中的应用价值。方法 本研究抽选2024年1月至2025年10月收治的120例老年下肢骨折术后病患，依托随机数字表法分组，对照组行常规护理，观察组采用风险护理结合强化护理模式，对比两组并发症发生率、康复进程及生活质量评分。结果 观察组术后并发症发生率显著低于对照组，下床活动、骨折愈合及住院时间均短于对照组，且护理后生活质量各项评分也高于对照组，组间差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 风险护理结合强化护理可降低老年下肢骨折术后患者并发症风险，加速康复进程，提升护理满意度与生活质量，具备较高的临床应用价值。

Abstract

Objective This study aimed to investigate the application value of risk nursing combined with enhanced nursing in elderly patients with lower limb fractures postoperatively.
Methods A total of 120 elderly patients with lower limb fractures admitted to a hospital from January 2024 to October 2025 were selected. Patients were randomly assigned using a random number table method. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group adopted a risk nursing combined with enhanced nursing model. The incidence of complications, rehabilitation progress, and quality of life scores were compared between two groups.
Results The observation group showed significantly lower postoperative complication rates than the control group. The observation group also demonstrated shorter periods for getting out of bed, fracture healing, and hospitalization. Additionally, all quality of life scores were higher in the observation group. The differences between two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The combination of risk nursing and enhanced nursing can reduce complication risks in elderly patients with lower limb fractures postoperatively, accelerate rehabilitation progress, improve nursing satisfaction and quality of life, and demonstrates high clinical application value.
