Analysis of the nursing effect of patients with established artificial airways in critically Ill patients
急危重症病人中建立人工气道患者护理效果分析

摘要

目的 分析对急危重症患者建立人工气道期间开展优质护理的应用效果。方法 随机抽取在我院接受人工气道的急危重症患者60例，以随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组各有30例。对照组患者给予常规护理，观察组患者开展优质护理干预，将两组护理效果进行对比分析。结果 护理后，观察组患者的护理治疗依从性与对照组相比明显提高，血气指标改善效果优于对照组，人工气道留置时间以及住院所有时间均短于对照组，患者对人工气道湿化满意度高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 在建立人工气道急危重症患者管理中实施优质护理干预，可进一步提升临床护理质量以及患者的遵医行为，增强气道湿化效果，促进患者身体恢复。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application effect of high-quality nursing during the establishment of artificial airways for critically ill patients.
Methods Sixty critically ill patients who received artificial airways in our hospital were randomly selected and divided into an observation group and a control group by the random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given routine care, while those in the observation group received high-quality nursing intervention. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.
Results After the nursing care, the compliance of patients in the observation group with nursing treatment was significantly improved compared with the control group. The improvement effect of blood gas indicators was better than that of the control group. The indwelling time of artificial airway and the total length of hospital stay were shorter than those of the control group. The satisfaction of patients with artificial airway humidification was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing high-quality nursing intervention in the management of critically ill patients with artificial airways can further improve the quality of clinical nursing and patients' compliance with medical advice, enhance the effect of airway humidification, and promote patients' physical recovery.
