Analysis of the value of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing in improving motor function of Parkinson's disease patients in neurology
中西医结合护理在神经内科帕金森病患者运动功能改善中的价值分析

摘要

目的 研究中西医结合护理模式对于神经内科帕金森病患者运动功能提升所具有的临床效用。方法本研究纳入2024年至2025年期间我院神经内科收治的60例帕金森病患者作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将其均衡分配至对照组（30例，实施常规西医护理）与研究组（30例，实施中西医结合护理）。对比两组的干预效果。结果 与对照组相比，研究组患者的运动功能评分及生活质量评分均显著降低，而平衡能力评分则显著升高，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在神经内科帕金森病患者中实施中西医结合护理可有效改善患者的运动功能和平衡能力，从而提高患者的生活质量水平。

Abstract

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing model in improving the motor function of patients with Parkinson's disease in the neurology department.
Methods This study included 60 patients with Parkinson's disease admitted to the neurology department of our hospital from 2024 to 2025 as the research subjects. They were evenly distributed to the control group (30 cases, receiving conventional Western medicine care) and the study group (30 cases, receiving integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine care) by the random number table method. Compare the intervention effects of the two groups.
Results Compared with the control group, the motor function score and quality of life score of the patients in the study group were significantly decreased, while the balance ability score was significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The implementation of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing in Parkinson's disease patients in the neurology department can effectively improve the motor function and balance ability of patients, thereby enhancing the quality of life of patients.
