探讨人工耳蜗植入术手术室护士配合的方法及体会

摘要

目的 分析人工耳蜗植入术手术室护士配合的方法及体会。方法 选取2023年1月-2024年12月内接收的进行人工耳蜗植入术患者60例，按随机数字表分对照组和观察组，各30例。其中对照组采取常规护理方法，观察组采用手术室护理配合。对两组患者的并发症发生率和护理满意度进行对比和评估。结果 观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组（P＜0.05），观察组护理满意度明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 在对行人工耳蜗植入术患者实施手术室护理配合取得显著效果，能有效降低患者并发症发生率，提高其护理满意度，有较高应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the methods and experiences of cooperation among nurses in the cochlear implant operating room.
Methods Sixty patients who underwent cochlear implantation from January 2023 to December 2024 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to a random number table, with 30 cases in each group. Among them, the control group received conventional nursing methods, while the observation group received operating room nursing cooperation. The incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients were compared and evaluated.
Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05), and the nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The implementation of operating room nursing cooperation for patients undergoing cochlear implantation has achieved remarkable results. It can effectively reduce the incidence of complications in patients, improve their satisfaction with nursing care, and has high application value.
