The effect of bundled nursing mode on the incidence of deep vein thrombosis in lower limbs of patients undergoing cerebral hemorrhage surgery
集束化护理模式对脑出血手术患者下肢深静脉血栓发生率的影响

摘要

目的 观察在脑出血手术患者护理工作中应用集束化护理的效果。方法 纳入脑出血手术的88例患者作为研究对象，均于2023年1月至2024年12月在我院就医。随机分组，各44例。常规护理模式在对照组护理工作中实施，集束化护理模式在观察组护理工作中实施，对比两组患者护理前后的凝血功能指标的数值、下肢深静脉血栓（DVT）发生率以及护理满意度。结果 护理后，观察组活化部分凝血活酶时间（APTT）、凝血酶原时间（PT）较对照组长，纤维蛋白原（FIB）较对照组低，P＜0.05；DVT发生率对比，观察组更低，P＜0.05；满意度对比，对照组为81.82%，观察组为95.45%，P＜0.05。结论 在脑出血手术患者护理工作中应用集束化护理，可有效改善患者的凝血功能，预防和减少DVT的发生，有临床推广的价值。

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of bundle nursing in the nursing work of patients undergoing cerebral hemorrhage surgery.
Methods 88 patients who underwent cerebral hemorrhage surgery were included as the study subjects, all of whom received medical treatment at our hospital from January 2023 to December 2024. Randomly divided into 44 groups each. The conventional nursing mode was implemented in the control group nursing work, while the bundled nursing mode was implemented in the observation group nursing work. The values of coagulation function indicators, incidence of deep vein thrombosis (DVT) in the lower limbs, and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups of patients before and after nursing.
Results After nursing, the activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT) and prothrombin time (PT) in the observation group were longer than those in the control group, and fibrinogen (FIB) was lower than that in the control group, P＜0.05; The incidence of DVT was lower in the observation group compared to the control group, P＜0.05; Satisfaction comparison showed that the control group had a satisfaction rate of 81.82% and the observation group had a satisfaction rate of 95.45%, with P<0.05.
Conclusion   The application of bundled nursing in the nursing care of patients undergoing cerebral hemorrhage surgery can effectively improve their coagulation function, prevent and reduce the occurrence of DVT, and has clinical promotion value.
