形成性评价在急诊护理实习生操作技能教学中应用

摘要

目的 探索形成性评价在急诊护理实习生操作技能教学中应用效果。方法 选取2023年3月至2023年12月60名护理实习生为研究对象,分组将以随机方式划分学生。对照组为终结性评价教学,实验组为形成性评价教学,对比两组学生培训后操作考核成绩,并在考核结束后对实验组学生进行问卷调查。结果 实验组操作考核成绩高于对照组,实验组学生对形成性评价教学效果高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在急诊护理实习生操作技能教学中应用形成性评价教学方法,有利于加强学生自我管理的能力,提高学生自主学习的积极性,同时带教老师动态、跟踪性评价,通过培训—测试—反馈—再培训,从而提高学生临床思维能力及急救操作技能掌握度。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of formative assessment in the teaching of operational skills for emergency nursing interns.
Methods Sixty nursing interns from March 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects. The students were randomly grouped. The control group received summative evaluation teaching, while the experimental group received formative evaluation teaching. The operation assessment scores of the two groups of students after training were compared, and a questionnaire survey was conducted among the students of the experimental group after the assessment.
Results The operation assessment scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, and the teaching effect of formative evaluation of the students in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The application of formative assessment teaching methods in the operation skills teaching of emergency nursing interns is conducive to strengthening students' self-management ability and enhancing their enthusiasm for autonomous learning. Meanwhile, the teaching instructors conduct dynamic and tracking evaluations. Through training - testing - feedback - retraining, students' clinical thinking ability and mastery of emergency operation skills can be improved.
