摘要
目的 探讨微信随访在妇科恶性肿瘤术后导尿管居家护理中的应用效果，为临床护理提供参考。方法 依托医院随访平台，构建妇科恶性肿瘤导尿管居家护理随访表单。采用便利抽样法，选取2024年2月至2025年12月在上海市某三级甲等医院接受妇科恶性肿瘤手术并留置导尿管出院的患者665例，按出院时间分为对照组（2024年2月-2024年12月，312例，传统电话随访）和试验组（2025年1月-2025年12月，353例，微信随访+电话随访）。比较两组患者的导尿管居家护理知识知晓率、导尿管留置时间、并发症发生率及住院满意度。结果 试验组导尿管居家护理知识知晓率显著高于对照组（88.00% vs 59.10%，P＜0.005）；两组导尿管留置时间中位数均为14天，但分布差异具有统计学意义（P=0.005）；试验组并发症发生率低于对照组（6.90% vs 10.70%，P=0.014），住院满意度显著提高（P＜0.001）。结论 微信随访可有效提升患者导尿管居家护理知识知晓率，降低并发症发生率，改善导尿管留置时间分布，提高住院满意度，是一种有效的延续护理方式。

Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of WeChat follow-up in home care of indwelling urinary catheters in patients after gynecological malignant tumor surgery, and to provide a reference for clinical nursing practice. Methods Using a convenience sampling method, 665 patients discharged with indwelling urinary catheters after gynecological malignant tumor surgery from Shanghai between February 2024 and December 2025 were selected. They were divided into a control group (n=312, discharged between February 2024 and December 2024, receiving traditional telephone follow-up) and an experimental group (n=353, discharged between February 2025 and December 2025, receiving combined WeChat and telephone follow-up). Knowledge awareness rates of home catheter care, average indwelling time, complication rates, and hospitalization satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The knowledge awareness rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (88.00% vs 59.10%, P<0.005). Although the median indwelling time was 14 days in both groups, its distribution differed significantly (P=0.005). The complication rate was lower in the experimental group (6.90% vs 10.70%, P=0.014), and hospitalization satisfaction was significantly improved (P<0.001). Conclusion WeChat follow-up can effectively improve patients’ knowledge of home catheter care, reduce complication rates, optimize the distribution of indwelling time, and enhance hospitalization satisfaction. It is an effective method for continuity of care.
