A study of rational emotive therapy based on the ABCDE model in recovering schizophrenic patients
基于ABCDE模型的合理情绪疗法在康复期精神分裂症患者中的应用研究

摘要

目的 探讨基于ABCDE模型的合理情绪疗法在康复期精神分裂症患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2023年1月-2024年12月期间在我院就诊的康复期精神分裂症患者120例，按照护理方法不同分为两组即对照组（n=58）和观察组（n=62）。对照组采用常规护理，包括药物治疗、健康教育、生活技能训练等，观察组在常规护理的基础上采用基于ABCDE模型的合理情绪疗法。比较两组患者护理前后的阳性与阴性症状量表（PANSS）评分、自知力与治疗态度问卷（ITAQ）评分、社会功能缺陷筛选量表（SDSS）评分及精神分裂症生活质量量表（SQLS）评分以及护理满意度。结果 护理后，观察组PANSS评分显著低于对照组（P<0.05），ITAQ评分显著高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组SDSS评分显著低于对照组（P<0.05）；SQLS评分显著高于对照组（P<0.05），观察组的护理满意度相较于对照组更高（P<0.05）。结论 基于ABCDE模型的合理情绪疗法可有效改善康复期精神分裂症患者的精神症状，提高患者服务满意度，提高自知力与治疗态度，促进社会功能恢复，提升生活质量。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of rational emotive therapy based on the ABCDE model in recovering schizophrenia patients.
Methods 120 patients with schizophrenia in the rehabilitation period who visited our hospital from January 2023 to December 2024 were selected and divided into two groups according to different nursing methods: a control group (n=58) and an observation group (n=62). The control group used conventional care, including medication, health education, life skills training, etc., while the observation group used rational emotion therapy based on the ABCDE model on the basis of conventional care. The positive and negative symptom scale (PANSS) scores, self-knowledge and attitude toward treatment questionnaire (ITAQ) scores, social functioning deficits screening scale (SDSS) scores and schizophrenia quality of life scale (SQLS) scores as well as the satisfaction of nursing care before and after nursing care were compared between the two groups.
Results After the nursing care, the PANSS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05), and the ITAQ scores were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05); the SDSS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05); the SQLS scores were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05), and the satisfaction with nursing care of the observation group was higher compared with that of the control group (P<0.05). ).
Conclusion   Reasonable emotion therapy based on ABCDE model can effectively improve the psychiatric symptoms of patients with schizophrenia in the rehabilitation period, increase the patients' service satisfaction, improve self-knowledge and treatment attitude, promote the recovery of social function and enhance the quality of life.
