Analysis of the application effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing in the perioperative period of patients undergoing radical gastrectomy for early gastric cancer
快速康复护理在早期胃癌根治术患者围术期应用效果分析

摘要

目的 探讨快速康复护理在早期胃癌根治术患者围术期应用效果。方法 研究样本为我院收治的50例早期胃癌根治术患者，研究起止时段为2022年11月-2024年12月。随机将患者分为采取常规康复护理的对照组（n=25例）和采取快速康复护理的观察组（n=25例）。比较两组的临护理效果。结果 观察组围术期相关指标均优于对照组，疼痛评分为（4.20±1.34）分，低于对照组的（5.92±1.66）分，差异显著（P<0.05）。相较于对照组，观察组术后并发症更低，护理满意度更高（P<0.05）。结论 快速康复护理不仅能促进早期胃癌根治术患者的快速恢复，还可减轻患者的术后疼痛，减少并发症的发生，增加满意度，建议推广与使用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of enhanced recovery after surgery nursing in the perioperative period of patients undergoing radical gastrectomy for early gastric cancer.
Methods The research samples were 50 patients who underwent radical gastrectomy for early gastric cancer admitted to our hospital. The study period was from November 2022 to December 2024. Patients were randomly divided into a control group receiving conventional rehabilitation nursing (n=25) and an observation group receiving rapid rehabilitation nursing (n=25). The clinical nursing outcomes of both groups were compared.
Results The perioperative-related indicators of the observation group were superior to those of the control group, with a pain score of (4.20±1.34) points, significantly lower than the control group's (5.92±1.66) points (P<0.05). Compared to the control group, the observation group had fewer postoperative complications and higher nursing satisfaction (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Rapid rehabilitation nursing can not only promote the rapid recovery of patients undergoing radical gastrectomy for early gastric cancer, but also alleviate postoperative pain, reduce the occurrence of complications, and increase satisfaction. It is recommended to promote and use it.
