摘要
目的 分析门诊口腔黏膜白斑患者健康宣教与定期随访护理效果。方法 选择2024年6月份至2025年5月份收治的80例口腔黏膜白斑患者进行研究，随机分成对照组和实验组，每组40例患者，对照组常规治疗和口头宣教，实验组为系统化宣教联合定期随访，对比两组患者对疾病相关知识的掌握度，判断患者的行为依从性以及患者生活质量。结果 两组患者开展不同的干预措施后，实验组患者对疾病相关知识的掌握度更高（P＜0.05），判断患者行为依从性，实验组显佳，（P＜0.05），评估生活质量，实验组更高（P＜0.05）。结论 针对于门诊口腔黏膜白斑患者开展系统性的健康宣教的同时，并进行定期随访管理，可以提升患者对疾病的认知水平，提高患者的行为依从性，促进患者生活质量的进一步提升。

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of health education and regular follow-up care for outpatients with oral leukoplakia. Methods A total of 80 patients with oral leukoplakia admitted between June 2024 and May 2025 were randomly divided into a control group (40 patients) and an experimental group (40 patients). The control group received standard treatment combined with oral education, while the experimental group received systematic health education with regular follow-up care. The study compared disease knowledge acquisition, behavioral compliance, and quality of life between the two groups. Results After implementing different interventions, the experimental group demonstrated significantly higher disease knowledge acquisition (P<0.05), better behavioral compliance (P<0.05), and improved quality of life (P\<0.05). Conclusion Systematic health education combined with regular follow-up management for outpatients with oral leukoplakia can enhance disease awareness, improve behavioral compliance, and further elevate patients' quality of life.
